The little off-White House was right beside the towns bowling alley. We thought they were so lucky.
As we entered Aunt Winnie house, Uncle Walt sat at the lounge chair right by the door watching the Chinese food cooking show on TV. She had the most beautiful standing dolls in the corner of her living room. I was never allowed to touch them. I thought they must have been special to her. Just like the face cream in her bathroom.
His hat still on his head Uncle Walt smiled at us as we entered the door. I ran as fast as could to see what Aunt Winnie had made. I knew Aunt Winnie was around because the face cream was on the bathroom counter as we went towards the kitchen. Nine thick yellow plastic bowls and plates and cups were placed at the table.
